What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM sharp! We recommend arriving around 3:40 PM to get settled, snag a seat, and pretend you didn’t almost trip walking in.
What’s the dress code?
Think cocktail attire — dressy but not black-tie serious. If you’d wear it to a fancy dinner or a summer wedding Pinterest board, you’re on the right track. Bonus points for style, but comfort is key — we want you dancing later!
Is there transportation provided from hotel to the venue
No shuttles needed — it’s a breezy 10-minute walk from the hotel to the venue (yes, we timed it). Prefer to save your steps for the dance floor? Ubers are plentiful in the area and usually arrive within minutes.
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones, but this party is adults-only. Take the night off, book the sitter, and enjoy your wine while it’s still warm.
What’s the weather like in Burlington in August?
Expect warm summer weather — usually in the 25–30°C (77–86°F) range. It can get humid, so breathable fabrics and a little extra deodorant never hurt. Don’t worry — we’ll have air conditioning and plenty of drinks.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
